Billing policies:
We do not require a contract and you can cancel at any time, given 24 hours notice. We do require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of any tutoring session, otherwise you will be billed the full amount.
The initial 30 minute phone calls are free, however student consultations and parent feedback are not. The rate is $155/60 minutes.
We do bi-weekly and monthly billing. We can auto draft a card on file, or send out an invoice to be paid within 5 business days. We ask parents to specify preference so they may be billed accordingly.
We do understand that these services can be expensive, and offer financial support. Please just ask and we will do our best to support you.
